Unfrotunately, I have sort of lost inspiration for the TWDG fandom in general. I *might* try to get back on it at some point, if only because Hope (and its sequel) was my pride and joy. Currently, I’m in a “The Dragon Prince” spell, so if you’re interested in that, you can check out my ao3.

I’m not sure I’ll ever do a proper sequel, with multiple chapter and stuff. But I might do a sort of epilogue eventually, maybe when their kids are about 6-7 give or take, and they have their big sister Mary

Hey everyone. I’m sure y’all have seen my lack of uploads these past few weeks. I’ve just generally been uninspired and feeling like what I write isn’t up to the standard I’ve set for myself. Therefore, I’m gonna be taking a little break and putting “By my side” on hiatus for the time being. Don’t worry, I will finish eventually, because I want you guys to see Hope’s journey as much as I want to write it. It just might take a little longer. Hope you understand
