As can see, I am heavy set on the Re:Zero mood. Workin on everythin else but this galz infectinz me brainz and I gots to gotta run with it before the eventual burn out.

@GornroX Okay, im pretty sure it is a reply issue, i cant even post on the one i made!
          
          Also, No Prob dude, i do hope i did help in some way, if you end up going the "Magitech" route, i think a good reference point would be something like an Artificer of Sorts
          
          For context, Artificer is a DnD Class, theyre kinda the equivalent of Magic Engineers, a personal favorite of mine

@GornroX I can see where youre coming from, while in depth scientific knowledge would help, i honestly dont think you need it to make belivable Science Dudes (I highly doubt Stan Lee or Robert Zemeckis had degrees in Quantum Physics) 
          
          I say this as someone who has a handful of tech guys, if they do make something i either explain it the best to my ability, or in the case of something more outlandish, i just handwave it away to you know "Yeah, Science!"
          
          (This is like, my fourth time trying to get this though, wattpad keeps deleting it for some reason, if youre seeing this i had to send it to the feed instead of the post, just to see if it works this time around, Unless it did go through and im just not seeing it, if so, sorry for bombarding you with like, for responses)

Gonna yell into the void again and ask questions for Re:Zero story ideas
          
          atm I am toying with Tokyo Ghoul and someone who's focused on the fun of the magic side of things 
          
          BUT I am absolutely up to hear any and all ideas any may have

            Hmmm the issue with that is that I personally
            Am a massive idiot on the scientific field.
            
            As much as it would be fun to write a dude who can do that kinda stuff I'm rather lacking in that department to make it believable.
            
            Though... magitech is madly enticing. I do love Magitech but also that's not the same spirit of things.
            
            
            
            Side note, a scientifically minded character would unironically be a damn good mage because the magic of Re:Zero needs you to be able to conceptualize the spell your casting so a dude who gets tossed in with a good undersranding of how the world works (or someone with a brilliant imagination) would be amazing if they where magically gifted.
            
            Especially if they know english. Re:Zero magic is all a bunch of english words cut into short slang and slapped together. (And slightly mangled)

            What if, the mc guy was say, a sort of Scientist or Engineer of sorts, so he's kinda out of his element due to this world being more magical (Bonus points if we make this dude is like, i dunno one of those people who really doesn't believe in Magic and the sort)
            
            He could also attempt to bring some things to the table using THE POWER OF SCIENCE! Like he introduces the concept of a Steam Engine or straight up makes a gun or something

          Glad to hear my book made ya feel that way :D
          
          Also so far I have played every game I am pulling inspiration from for this book.
          
          As for Souls Like that I've Played/Interested in
          
          Code Vein. Love that game.
          Let It Die is also fun as hell.
          Salt And Sanctuary is also a great one even as a side scroller
          
          Then uh that's really it cuz the other games I think of are closer to Metroidvanias than Souls Likes (Hollow Knight, Blasphemous, and Ender Lilies)
