Good news, world! A new project has distracted me from my original project, which had involved moving "Fate Undone: A Novella" from this site to a forever-home on Amazon via self-publication. It looks like the story will stay here a bit longer until I can find the time to return to setting up its other living quarters. With that said, if you were sweating from wanting to read it without a harsh time restraint, that time restraint has now slackened. Read on!

I will soon be removing "Fate Undone: A Novella" from Wattpad in favor of self-publishing it through Amazon. If this dark fantasy/action story has been on your to-read list for awhile, check it out now. It's gathered an array of 1st place awards for Action and Fantasy since I've uploaded it to this site (not all of which I've updated to the story's description or cover). My decision in removing this story in favor of self-publication lies in wanting to branch out with it, reaching audiences that read on their Kindle and in good-old-fashioned paperback. I appreciate the feedback and kind words people have shared regarding my story. I'll let you all know when exactly it will be leaving once I know. Until then, read on.

Thank you for the kind words! I won't need another cover for this story but there will be more in the future (many more). I'll keep you in mind.

Hi, I'm your judge for the Legendary Awards. You submitted Changing Fate to the action/adventure category. I notice there is no story with that title on your page. Has it been changed to Fate Undone? If so I can judge that one. Thanks!

Graceful_Penguin

@linalagosya Ah, well that would do it. Welcome to the contest, then. I look forward to what you have to think of the entries, come whatever may.

That’s okay! I just became a judge last week.

@linalagosya Hello! Yes, there was a title alteration. "Changing Fate" is now "Fate Undone." I notified the contest host three weeks back but I forgot to notify you as well. I apologize for any confusion.

If you'd like a quirky sci-fi tale that goes to darker places the more you read, why not try your eyeballs at "Starfarers!", which, by the way, has just earned another shiny sticker from the good people over at The Golden Writer Awards (hosted by @Gracieluvswriting -- and thank you Gracie, if that is your real name). I'd like to give a nice shout-out (in a non-confrontational shouting voice) to @aclouis ("Goliath Fallen"), @Emileeta ("Soul Revival"), and Jumping_Jiminys ("Perfect 10"). To @aerys_the_mad and @dlcroisette (the Science Fiction judges), thank you for devoting your time to this contest.
And finally (yup, you guessed it), release the doves!
*an empty cage swings open--a feather drifts out and lands on the ground*
Crap. Hold on...ah, here we go. Release the backup doves!
*several pigeons, all painted white, lethargically flutter away*

Huzzah! My sci-fi novel-in-progress "Starfarers!" has done it! And by "it" I mean that it was recently awarded 1st place in the 2020 Rosie Awards, hosted by the great, uh...host...@LexiMoonsong !
I'd like to thank @EraEma (the wonderful sci-fi judge) for her time and dedication to the contest as a whole. And I'd like to send out a congratulations to the 2nd and 3rd place winners, @ecclestonfan01 ("The Prince of Jupiter") and @thehumblewanderer ("Wrath of the Vanquished").
          Now, release the celebratory doves!
[a flock of beautiful doves suddenly take flight, flying off in a uniformed fashion, all except for the last couple that got stuck in the cage and are now flapping frantically to catch up with the rest]

@StoriesUndiscovered recently added Changing Fate: A Novella to their "Is This the End" reading list! I'd like to thank the ambassadors for this honor. Hopefully a crowd gathers now--a crowd of word-hungry readers longing for a fiery mind-trip filled with clanging swords and roaring beasties. If you haven't read Changing Fate yet, it's waiting.
