I’ve started listening to sad songs and my friends are starting to argue and I feel they won’t want to talk to each other anymore and I’ll have to pick and choose all the time between them and I wish it would stop I’m depressed

There’s this girl, and I’ve had a crush on her for 3 years, since the start of third grade, and I e told her how I feel, and I think we’ve started something a spark of something but I do t know what to do next. She recently told me that if she wanted a guy to be a little more than a firmed I would be her first option which I have mixed feelings about. What should I do?
