Okay, let me get something straight:
The majority of you DON'T actually have anxiety!
You may recall being anxious in front of large groups of people, presenting something in front of people, but that is NOT anxiety disorder!
There are people out there with this mental issue, taking medication, and you just happen to say you have "anxiety" just because you're a lonely bastard who's anxious about making going outside and getting a life outside from your phone. You do not have anxiety disorder, you just feel anxious.
I really needed to get this off my chest.
@WhimsyWabbit yeah there are diffrences from feeling anxious or having a anxiety disorder. Since an anxiety disorder is usally uncontrolable. Like you can get anxiety easily at any moment. People were either born with like genetically it runs in the family or by a experience. Feeling anxious is usally a one time experience like you dont get it alot. You just feel anxious at a thought of doing something you cant feel like you can complete. Or before of a exam etc. Those are the main diffrences I can point out. In the anxiety disorders it also matters how strong it is and what kind of it is. Since social anxiety is diffrent from Medication-induced anxiety disorder. Other wise yeah. You need a psychologist to know if you have a anxiety disorder.
