@GrassrootAuthor Joyce Godwin Grubbs This young fourteen year old author is earthy, rough around the edges but above everything else, he is promising and has the "stuff" writers are made of. I content read his first book, "Fireman's Hold" and he does not have benefit of an editor, etc. but stepped out on "faith" to enter the world of literary challenge, and take his licks. He has a subtle, tongue in cheek humor and is comfortable with profanity, but in his writings and passion is the promise of a writer who will "make it". He was connected to me by one of his teachers who was a childhood friend of my children. She sees the promise, and I do too, so take a peek and check him out.
