Ok so I'm going to delete all my social media apps for at the most 2 or 3 days because I don't know what is going on with my mentality right now but I can't stop shaking and it feels like I don't exist anymore and all I can think about is offing myself, it's like something else is control of my body and I can only watch from the sidelines
          Ive tried looking it up on Google but I never get a clear answer so I have no idea what to do so I'm cutting myself off from anything that could possibly be a trigger for suicide until I either figure out whats wrong or this passes I'm sorry goodbye
