Does anyone make their own covers, and if so,  what program do you use (most preferably free to use)

P.S. it isnt a fanfic

I might be posting my first story if enough people want me to. It will be finished really quick because I already have it written but I need a title if I post it. It wont be updated unless I think it needs one or something enough people want to happen in the story
