The next chapter will be posted soon, but as much as I am looking forward to publishing it, I feel I have to give a trigger warning. There are some particularly disturbing descriptions, as it is part of the horror. While there is a ton of death in this first book, there are certain scenes I feel stand out more than others, and I believe to be more relevant to the nature of the evil depicted in the story.
Much of it I had written years ago with less competence and maturity. The point now, is to portray my growth as a writer. But there will be several changes the further I work on these chapters for publishing, and some I intend to rewrite entirely.
In an attempt to put reader’s minds at ease, I assure readers that Bladed Cross is a story about good versus evil, just in a more grounded, disturbing and hopefully realistic way.
