I know I talk big about being a shipper and whatnot, but what I've realized is that Robodog exists. Yeah, he’s a robot, but I've seen robots being shipped before. It’s not something new.

So, uh, should I try writing a robodog ship? I could always just have a robot dog oc or something, but I thinking of trying something with our underrated boy.

Might add him as a potential main character in my Deltarune-and-PAW Patrol crossover since he’s just that cool. It would also fit in with the story.

Anyway, should I try something with Robodog? He's definitely one I haven't thought about until recently, but he definitely deserves something.

Also for those still reading this… I’m over 1.5k on the third chapter of If You Ain’t In It. Yeah, high chance I’ll probably be posting more than just Skuma over the Thanksgiving Holiday break.

So, uh, hope to get some updates out. Thanks for coming to my Robodog-and-PAW Patrol fanfiction talk.

@RTNinja I usually keep them the way they are for crossovers. Plus I like the diversity of having both four-legged and two-legged animals hanging out and having such differences since PAW Patrol works different to how Delatrune functions,

@GreenBeanGrookey a Deltarune x Pawpatrol would be cool, but i think u will need to make them anthro to this (u choice, but i think will be better because of the more they can do)

I decided to post one of my brand new Warriors Cats fanfics. It’s a little close to the new series “The Elder’s Quest,” with the focus on elders, however, this story focuses on the lack of respect elders get after a time.

Yep. I'm not just planning PAW Patrol. I got Warriors Cats stories planned. Thanks for reading!

I'm thinking about just trying to finish that third chapter of my Skuma story. Mostly because despite writing that 18+ Cheverest one shot, I keep going back to other stories before getting back to it.

Perhaps it would be better to just briefly publish the Warriors Cats story I have since I at least have the alliances and the Prologue done. I could get the first chapter done as well, but I'm done with the other two parts. Or I could always just finish the Pokemon one-shot within the oneshot storybook I have for Pokemon.

Any suggestions? Should I try updating a different story for now? Write some more of a different story? Unsure if I'll get it done before I get back to Skuma since around the 21st I want to start completing that story, but uh…

Does anyone have something they think I should try to at least write before then? I could always add it as a chapter after I get the Skuma out and try finishing it alongside the Cheverest one shot before I need to focus on my Trye story for Christmas.

Either way, apologies for changing plans. It's just weird to write those kinds of one-shots, especially for the first time, and try to make it better than most…

GreenBeanGrookey

There will be plenty of opportunities for Cheverest one-shots in the future as well in my other one-shot book that doesn't allow requests. And those ones won't have those specific adult stuff in it.

@Howler223 Considering it has sex in it…uh very 18+ I’d say. No gore or anything like that, but definitely interesting since it’s very detailed.

It’ll be in one of my PAW Patrol one-shot books. Specifically, the one that allows requests. It’s also the one that starts with a RockyxHubcap one shot.

@GreenBeanGrookey How 18+ will that Cheverest one shot be? Also, where will it be published?

Hey Grookey I just saw your "Serious Talk" paper and I do apologize if I came off a bit demanding, I now understand where you are coming from as a writer.
You're right, rushing art is no fun and I probably shouldn't be complaining since there are other stories that haven't been updated in years.
          Keep up the good work

GreenBeanGrookey

@Mykey813 Don’t apologize. Though yeah there's been a lack of updates for other stories of mine because I’ve been writing PAW Patrol stories.

Mykey813

Dude why do you have like 10 stories and not a single one is completed?

GreenBeanGrookey

@Mykey813 I don't consider putting stories to the side as abandoning them, tbh. I consider it as putting them on hold. I don't plan on abandoning stories I myself want to finish.

Don't confuse trying to write other ideas as abandoning others. I've always done this as a writer, and it’s just how I write. I don't abandon stories if I have real plans for their futures. My Socky story is the one fully planned out fanfiction I have for PAW Patrol.

If I weren't going to continue it I’d just delete it like I did with so many stories, but stories like these are different. I'm actually invested in writing these kinds of stories because so many different kinds of ships matter to me.

You can't just ask me to put down stories I’m also inspired to write. That’s not how writing works, and not how writers like me work.

Look I understand you're frustrated with me for not writing a specific story. However, getting mad at my other stories for existing ones is not going to make the updates come faster. Putting so much pressure on me to focus on only one story isn't going to make me want to write just one story.

I have so many ideas in this scatterbrained mind of mine that all I can tell you is that either you can have patience with me or you can just read other stories. I'm not going to force you to read my stories if you want to read stories that are updated faster.

I'm just here to write stories no one else is willing to write, and if that makes me “abandon” stories just because I want to be inclusive, then so be it.

However, I will get back to my Socky story. That is a Grookey guarantee. I plan on finishing everything no matter what it takes, and you can bet I won’t abandon these stories. Not now, and not ever.

The most I can do now is plan to continue Socky in the future and that's what I'm promising. I’ll finish the story, and I will finish it as soon as I can.

But it makes it hard to get invested in a story you write if you may just abandon it for a different idea which has happened to me with that one RockyXSkye story you made

GreenBeanGrookey

@Mykey813 Because I enjoy writing, and sometimes I have more ideas for other possible stories than just one story. So I write whatever I feel like writing, and that unfortunately means some stories get published but don't get finished. Slow process.

On the bright side it lets me get better ideas for when I do get back to other stories, so that's a plus of having many stories at once.

Good news! I've gotten slightly ahead on the chapter. I am going to be done by tomorrow or Sunday. And then I'll try to see if I get that…erm…first official 18+ one-shot out.

Ummm….yeah. Definitely a controversial one-shot. And I've got another request that's 18+ too, so yeah.

Fortunately, the next one-shot isn't that one. So yeah…

Cheverest (18+) one-shot is what ill be working on….

          Yay? Pour the Holy water?

Someone slap me for allowing people to request that.…idk.

At least the Everoc is going to be the next one to update after that one, and Everoc…rocks.

GreenBeanGrookey

This is a question for some plotting in my ChasexClaw book.

Would you guys rather see a new character be the bad guy, or see either the Earl or The Princess be the bad guy? As in the antagonist of the story.

I'm thinking about incorporating Claw’s pointy ears into the plot because Dobermans aren't supposed to naturally have pointy ears and they're usually cropped off 6-12 months after they're born.

This would mean possibly either an old owner or a doctor would become the oc villain. Or I can make it the Princess since the Princess creates her own villains...or the Earl so no one suspects a thing. Or even The Princess’ parents if theyre still alive.

Let me know. I think this plot might be good. This is what happens when I wait until 2/3rds of the way through chapter three to get an actual grasp on a possible story or villain.

@GreenBeanGrookey I think the Princess's parents would be totally unexpected because we don't know them so really unexpected

For the third chapter of Blue Hibiscus, I've been thinking about making it 3,000 words. This is for more character development and more. I am thinking of possibly going to 4,000 in the future for this story since I do want the story to be relatively substantial regarding content character development and growth.

In order for ChasexClaw to happen some sort of change must be necessary. Especially in the way they view their relationship.

Plus right now they hate each other or at least find each other annoying/in their way and adding more words will help with that growth because there's so much that can be added with just an extra 500-1,500 words.

Is it too many words? I dunno. Have you read any Harry Potter books? I think that's even longer than my stuff. And perhaps even deeper in the lore.

Regardless, I'm adding words, and if reading scares people then what are they even doing on this site? XD.

Either way, just wanted to let people know. Especially since Chapter Trois/ Three is for Veteran’s Day and I wanted a little more than just 2,500 words. That feels short to me.

@GreenBeanGrookey 4K words its good, u dont have to overcharge yourself with the books, and 4K is a good amount of words

@aranzaguadalupe I think some people who don't have as high attention spans might not like 4,000 or more. Meanwhile, I think it’s important to read long stories to help with brain growth.

@GreenBeanGrookey I don't think it's too many words, 4,000 or more sounds the perfect amount. Who doesn't like a good long chapter?
