I agree with your book. It isn't just the 'girls' that are allowed to feel emotions, to feel 'weak'. Most views on men are over pressuring them to be strong all the time, which isn't healthy. I'm glad you are sharing your hardships, but not glad that there are hardships to begin with.

@Lost_BlueJay Im glad you appreciate it. I always see my female friends asking how eachother feel and comforting eachother, but if a guy is depressed or suffering mentally, people tend to brush it off a bit
