          People try to stop it, they really do
          
          But even if they reached out, they think that no one’s going to grab them.
          
          So they fall deeper and deeper into a pit of darkness and desperation.
          
          Till it pushes them too far and they break.
          
          But sometimes,
          
          If someone takes the time to reach out.
          
          Lives are saved.
          
          Send this to people you know.
          
          To the people who feel worthless.
          
          People suffering from depression and anxiety.
          
          Show them that someone can care.
          
          That someone is reaching out.
          
          Don’t wait for the change
          
          Be the change.
          
          Save a life.
