I saw Endgame last night and now I don't know what to do with myself

Okay listen, I NEVER feel cold. It's very rare. I'm always warm. No exageration. 
          But I've recently discovered that I get colder when I'm extremely sad. Is this just in my head? Or is this an actual scientific  bodily response to sadness?

So basically I'm behind on the MCU and last night at 1 am I decided to watch Infinity  War for the first time and now I'm overtired and emotional oof
