**NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE**
Almost a month since the conclusion of Season 5 of Thunderbirds: A Friend Comes Home, and a lot has happened in that time. We've had the Season 6A Plot Descriptions released, which provide a brief prelude to what Season 6 is about, as well as some descriptions of what'll be happening in Episodes 131-143.
A week after that, I published a new book called Octonauts: Deep Frontier, which is set in the same universe as Thunderbirds: A Friend Comes Home. This pilot season will focus on the build-up to events for the 2026 Special - Thunderbirds: The Omega Initiative. If it is well received, then a Season 2 could be on the cards, but nothing is confirmed.
I completed writing Season 1A this week, hence the Season 1A Plot Descriptions weren't released last week (November 8) as I'd hoped, but rather this week (November 15 @ 08:30 GMT). The plan is to have Season 1 entirely written by the New Year, as this'll allow me to focus on creating a mega-release for Summer 2026.
In my August 2025 Update, Octonauts: DF was revealed as the first part of my "epic" when it comes to Thunderbirds: TOI. I can now reveal the second part of that by announcing, alongside the publication of Thunderbirds: TOI, that there'll be another new book, which will follow the effects on The Shade in Europe, called London: Code Black.
It'll follow the events of disgraced detective Chase McCain, who is summoned back from exile. He discovers his city under siege by an enemy armed with obsolete technology that cuts through modern defences like paper: The Shade. They orchestrate a campaign of chaos that no algorithm can predict and no firewall can stop. As International Rescue battles catastrophes across the globe, McCain must assemble an unlikely team as they race to uncover a conspiracy that reaches from the abandoned tunnels beneath the Thames to the corridors of power across Europe.
In my December 2025 update, I will release the schedule for what 2026 will look like.
