I suggest these to prevent eye strain:
⤿ 20-20-20 Eye Rule: Every 20 minutes, look away from your screen and focus on something at least 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
⤿ Blinking often to refresh your eyes.
⤿ Reducing the glare from your lights especially 'yung mga nasa taas, nasa harapan mo, at masilaw.
