Hi I was wondering if you knew the name of this book. I can't remember it. But she becomes a doctor because her mate rejected her because her mate chose someone else and she meets another guy but he doesn't tell her her an alpha but works with her and they become 2nd mates and her ex gets jealous and hurts his picked mate. But she gets pregnant by her chosen mate but doesn't say anything because he leaves her because he thinks she wants her 1st matw.
