I don't know how I found this.
Bit of a life update -- (1) I'm alive.
(2) For those of you wondering, I did go on to finally publish In the Light of Death and Here Lies Clarisse. It became repackaged as Remember the Stars.
(3) What a privilege to come back almost a decade later and see/feel how much I've grown as a writer. I owe a debt to this community for having given me the strength and daring to go on and create. To define myself as a writer.
With almost a decade behind me, I miss more than ever the joy that Wattpad used to bring me.
May you all find the bravery to forge those beautiful words and stories trapped inside your head. If I could give 2017 me the right advice, I'd tell her to stop worrying so much and just learn. Just create. Just be. The rest fell into place. <3
If you want to pick up Remember the Stars and see where Clarisse ended up, it's out on Amazon -- Eris Marriott is the name now.
I hope everyone here that I used to follow is doing well.
In looking at these old stories, I know I've got some old ideas to dust off and maybe bring back the same way I did the first.
Love and light to you all.

Making major changes to Here Lies Clarisse. The newest chapters are available for readership and the old version chapters were taken down. It is still receiving updates, so please be patient.
I am intending to write this novel alongside my #nanowrimo project that is available for readership on my other account.
This one will just take longer than Nano will allow; thus, I give it my attention regardless and try to find time to write this along with Coordinates.

Here Lies Clarisse got a brand new cover and I may be screaming for the rest of my life at how gorgeous it is.

Section 3.2 of Chapter 3 has been released for reads/comments/votes!
Let me know what you think and if you think it's an improvement based on the last draft; if you're new entirely, just let me know whether you think it's a good story, how you think I can improve and what you like and don't.

For those of you familiar with Tapastic, I have put the newest version of "In the Light of Death" (now "Here Lies Clarisse") up on that platform as well. It is not up to date with my Wattpad, as I want to treat my Wattpaders with the exclusivity they deserve, but for those of you more comfortable with the Tapastic format for reading or if you're so kind as to recommend to friends that might be more familiar with that format as opposed to here, I would be grateful.
Should you subscribe to my Tapastic series (it's still the same book) comment your username below and I will be more than happy to read + comment on 3 chapters of a work of your choice (I'll PM you and ask). I'll try to get to them within a week of when you comment your username and I can't guarantee votes, but will say there's a 90% chance that I would vote. And, if I really like the story, I might add it to my massive library and come back when I have the time (not that I have a lot with uni, but in the summer I expect to have more time, as well as around Christmas).
The same goes if you refer a friend--refer a friend to subscribe on Tapastic and get the reads + comments as well. If you don't have any works up, that's fine--just PM me when you do or if there's someone else you'd like to refer me to and you can redeem that way as well.
The link to the Tapastic series is below. Commentary is welcome there as well.

Forgot to note: if you are an artist on Tapastic, I will subscribe to your works as well should you subscribe to mine and comment here to let me know (or contact me over there). If you do comics, I can transfer the read + comment deal over to Tapastic should you prefer the feedback there/should your work be more suited to that platform as opposed to Wattpad.

I have embarked on the beginning of chapter 3. 3.1 is much, much longer than I try to make the portions, but there was a lot of information in that one. 2.4 is relatively short, so try to savor that one as long as you can before you jump into the madness that is 3.1.
Moving much faster than I had intended. I'm trying to do updates every day, even if they're small. Gotta make up for ground loss. Let me know you're thoughts on the newest manuscript!
