I usually don’t post on authors message boards, and only post comments…. But wow, honestly I love how easy it was to connect with the characters. I lost someone extremely dear to me a little over 10 years ago. And when I got with my now partner of 7 years I felt awful and even tried to break things off with them but fate had different plans, and now we have been together 7 years. But I connected with Landon on a huge level, I’m so happy that you didn’t do the trope of “oh I lost my first love.” The next day “I’m so glad I met you, and I’m so in love with you even though I’ve only known you for 12 hours.”  I love that you had them get to know each other! Overall I thought this was a great book!
