So I’m like actually struggling last night I cleaned my room fully and just thought to go but, then my leopard gecko ran out cause I was making noise and help. But is it normal to relapse back into depression and just no matter what I do I have no motivation or energy to do it. I’ve been sleeping all the way till noon and then I just don’t wanna do anything and my dogs don’t even help nothing I used to love to do helps .
