I hope you are feeling better! I had a similar issue with my 2nd C section (beginning sepsis & wound not healing) and was also in hospital for a week with iv antibiotics. Recovery took a lot of time and I looked like a zombie for 2 months. Once the wound is closed it should be going in the right direction. I wish you all the best and take many little steps! You will get through this, even if it feels like there is no improvement from day to day. Being a new mother - Is already pretty exhausting. You had a c section and complications in pregnancy - Makes it even more straining on your body. Such an infection is just the total overkill in that situation. You and your baby come first now, then your family & all the other important topics in life. I will be waiting for the stories to be continued once you are good again!

I’m alive, baby girl was born 6/30, however I’m having lots of issues from a complicated csection and gestational hypertension. Construction on our house has also fallen behind. Dealing with a lot right now, but I have been writing when I can on all my ongoing projects. Hoping to start updating again in the coming months.
