On the Eleveth Day of the Eleventh Month At the Eleventh Hour, guns fell silent as the armistice that would end the First World War would go into effect. This day marks Rememberance Day across the Commonwealth, and we take this day to remember those who served, fought, and never made it home in all wars. Be it WW1 or Afghanistan, we will remember them for their service and sacrifice.
We wear a poppy today with pride to show our respect to the fallen.
