Maria was walking the halls of the old facility. She was hearing the whispers of the people once there. Whispers of how she chose wrong, picked the worst people to be with, or how it is all double sided. She looked around, twisting the small ring her father gave her, wanting silence. She saw shadows of her friends. Walking closer, she heard them saying horrible things, about how she is a whore, a horrible person, and many other things she never thought they would say. It wasn't even 8AM and she wanted to go back. She started to run, closer to the training room. Even though she hated there, it was so bright, no shadow can whisper there. But then she heard something through her breath. "She really is useless, isn't that right [REDIRECTED]?" Maria's breath silenced, her voice leaving her. She froze. And quickly warped into her safe place. She fell to the ground, crying, screaming questions about why her friends are so unsupportive and oblivious to everything she has dealt with.
Thank you, many of my friends, for being absolute dicks in my life, and then pretend that nothing happened. You really are wonderful people. /sarcasm
