          everyone in earth is suffering ,struggling to be a better person , to give up a nasty habbit ,to finish an artwork,  to do a diffucult exercise, to stay in life! and none know and none apprciate those efforts  .
          but we still trying and trying until our dying day to leave effect , a good effet Or impact in earth and change people
