@HaiRyuuKi I agree, which is one of my reasons for being able to forgive Bakugou from BNHA and not Endeavor, despite both having redemption arcs. Bakugou is a child who was surrounded by people instilling in him that people with quirks were on top, and those with weaker powers/quirkless, were the lesser beings. Endeavor, not only as an adult, but a pro hero, CHOSE to put his family through the anguish and torture so he could selfishly achieve HIS dreams. I always believed that he probably wouldn't have had a redemption arc, had All Might stayed as the No.1 hero. He only DECIDED to change once HE became the No.1 hero, and managed to achieve his dreams, even if it wasn't in the way he imagined himself becoming no.1.
