@Haleygg217 Want Echo to get her shapeshifting power back! Stripping a good female character of her abilities PERMANENTLY for plot convenience seems kinda sexist to me- even more so when the lady is the main character of the story and it's sequel!!!!
Also, isn't it a norm for the main character to lose their powers ONLY TEMPORARILY! Peter Parker/Spidey retained his abilities unlike Echo, and it seems kinda unfair to me (NOT saying that he must lose his abilities, or else HOW is he supposed to be the Spider-man we all love?)!!!
Didn't read the first book to the end, so I don't know how exactly she lost the power! However, if you are going to continue, you can have it revealed that her powers were in fact sealed away rather than stripped out like everyone first thought, and Strange's healing magic removed the seal, restoring her powers!!!
