We are two weeks into our Winter HamilWattys!
We would like to thank our current entrees for their participation and their works, their time and energy put into their works and entering. It's all too lovely to see people creating what they love.
Again, Entries and Nominations end on the 31st of January! Enter when it's still early! There's still so many Categories to enter and win at!
While doing some research on a document from the late 1700s (just prior to the Revolutionary period), myself and some friends found a reference to a “Hamilton-Club” - obviously completely unrelated to Alexander Hamilton (fairly certain it was someone’s surname), but in theme with this account nonetheless! :D
@Anna_R_T_ is our other cover artist and ambassador for the 1782 Cover Shop!! Give them love :)

Forgot that I’m brain dead it’s four am for me :)
I have a few questions about the contest.
How many books can you enter?
Can you enter a book that is apart of a series, or has a sequel?
And would a book that leans more towards a historical fiction apply? The main character is Lafayette’s daughter. Lafayette is a main character and George Washington is in it. It’s called ‘Glory and Liberty’ Hamilton is a character as well.
Do the books have to be complete?
@mckennarowell 1) two per category :) you can find the list of expected categories somewhere on the message board 2) yes you may, but it would be the first or second book 3) there's a category for that! 4) at least 5 chapters if not completed :)
@Quill1776 entering through a form is set on January 1st 2020 as well as publishing instructions, categories, rules, prizes and everything that is needed to know about HamilWattys. We would like to just remind writers out there to ready their works for entering :)
