Hey cubs, I'm not completely vanished. I have a lot going on at work, and honestly, I sort of lost my creative spark. I went through some TMS therapy, but my writers block is real.
I'm hoping that some new subject matter will help, but we'll see. I'm sorry. ♡

From one author to another, I just wanted to say that you are loved and you are valued. I know life can be hard sometimes as I also struggle with mental health issues, but I just wanted to lift you up and say that I enjoy the stories you write no matter the weather. Please do not be offended when I say this because I’m not sure if you’re religious- but God loves you. No matter how you feel, always remember you are fearfully and wonderfully made. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. <3

Right, so... the one-shot isn't happening anytime soon. Wish I could just blame it on my playing the game too much, but no; my mental health took a dive, and I'm back to square one.
I want to go back to last summer when I was excited to write. Now, no matter how badly I want to, I have nothing and just hate myself more with each passing day.

@ HammerOfRage I totally get you. Writer's block is a bitch and sucks the life out of you but I think that although it's the arch enemy or every writer, it also makes us strong. Maybe we aren't motivated and can't write anything at all for months or weeks but it doesn't mean that we want to stop. We keep pushing because we love what we do and for me this feeling makes me even more engaged in my works in progress. It hurts and it's one of the major reasons for my self loathing but it convinced me that the projects I'm working in are worth that struggle

Okay, so... I have a confession to make.
I said I was working on a one-shot of something I hadn't done before. It's still yandere, but not the point. Initially I was struggling because I couldn't get the hang of the character, so writing it was tough.
Then I bought the game for myself and now I can't stop playing the damn thing. THAT'S why I haven't been writing anything.
