Can’t believe Old Friends has reached 20k reads! So sorry for the lack of updates recently, but I’ve had to do loads of overtime for work over the past couple of months! However, I’ll try to updates soon and update regularly this year! I’ve got so many ideas for this story so y’all better be excited! Thank you for all the likes and comments, it means the world seriously!
So last night I tried this sleep recording app just ‘cause I was curious of whether I snore or talk in my sleep… And I have two recordings of what sounds like something banging on my window…

I’m trying to figure out whether I should change up how I’m writing this story, so I’m just looking for some feedback.
Do you think my chapters are too long? Is the story interesting enough as it is? Has it taken too long to get where the story is now (with the reader and Colby finally getting together after 30+ chapters)?
If anyone could give me some thoughts that would be greatly appreciated! :) xxx

@HannahKatie8 I love how it is drug out because it gives you that slow butterfly feeling but I defiantly would love to see some visiting Kansas chapters or more with the friend group

Colby’s been in prison for 18 months before he’s giving the chance to get out, but only on one condition that leads him down a dangerous path with his abusive father. However it also gives him the chance to make things right with the one person he cares most about in this world, his former best friend and secret crush… Samuel Golbach…

Would y’all be mad if I started yet another story and took a break from Old Friends for a bit?? :D I kind of want to have a few chapters written for Old Friends before I post again as I’m struggling with the next chapter! I have loads of ideas for later on in the story but I’m having trouble in finding a way to get there! I’m going to post a short summary for my next story idea now so go to my next conversation post!
I’m finally writing the next chapter of Old Friends! :D it’ll be a small one but I’ll TRY get it up this weekend!
Also, does anyone else think way ahead for chapters and plot lines for their stories?! I do a lot and it’s a real problem lol! Like I already have most of the sequel for Old Friends thought out and there’s probably going to be another 20-30 more chapters of Old Friends with where I want to go with it!

Working on getting the next chapter on Old Friends up in the next 1-2 days! :D just a little update for you all, I’ve got a job interview next week so if all goes well I’ll be working full time soon... with that I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to write with working so I’ll try get one or two chapters up pretty quickly (for me anyway lol) :)
