@shadowcat_ I think people think that the story is complete because usually at the end of a story, (If it's not complete) there's a orange rectangular box that says "To be Continued..." and the time and date that it was last updated. On Immortal, after you finish reading the chapter, it has an orange box all right but instead of saying To Be Continued, it says Finished Reading Immortal. I think there's this option when you click edit story, scroll down and it'll say "Story Type." It should say "Ongoing Series" but if it doesn't, click the arrow and hit "Ongoing Series." I think that's the problem.
