@HappysBookClub You can use the contact option here. https://support.wattpad.com/hc/en-us I'm about to go to sleep now, so if you have any follow-up questions it'll once again be a while before I can get to them. By the way, you'll need to make sure you stay on top of the email replies once the staff messages you back; the issue will be considered closed if you go too long without replying. (Think it was 72 hours, last I read, but it may be a different time limit now.)
