Pain taught us to learn 

Pain taught us to be patience

Pain taught us that we are alone even if there's someone on our side.

A smile will fade when we are alone, so we learn that we need a mask so we can hide a feeling that we endure. 

Nothing is all good. It just means a day in life there will be a good time, but not always.

Past is past, but the words that were said in the past will never fade, and they will be a scarred memory.

Learning through pain makes us realize that sometimes we can make mistakes that we will never forget and just make it a motivation for our suffering.
