Having a panic attack rn I have really bad stage fright and I cry when I have to present or my anxiety gets really bad and I panic. I have to present tomorrow and I'm really nervous so I am panicking rn.  I cried in 2nd grade while presenting I'm gonna cry for tomorrow

I did my monologue I got it done and over with thank god the stress is over

@alyluvsbigmattyboy3 thx but it's a monologue for theater and I have to act it out and make movements and I can't act worth anything.
