When I save and publish a story the quotation marks and apostrophes disappear.  Can anyone tell me how to correct this?

Wolf is complete

Chapter 2 of Wolf completed and published, but I am having trouble seeing it with Chapter 1.

Chapter one is ready to read of my novel, "Wolf".  I will post a chapter every day or so.  I hope you enjoy it and would appreciate constructive criticism.
