          I am so sorry for dropping a text like this, but please check out my novel, Sindoor: An Arranged Marriage Between Childhood Enemies. It's a dark romance novel, which will get progressively darker with suspense and past trauma.

          I am lost. I have been lost since I was thirteen. My dreams have turned into nightmares, and so, every time I sleep, I wake up drenched in my sweat. My trauma has changed me, and now, I can't trust. I won't ever trust.
          So, when my father proposed my marriage to my enemy, I thought, will my life turn into a nightmare too? Marriage is founded on love and trust. I scoff at love, especially when my future husband won't ever be able to gain my trust, let alone my heart.

          I have never been a big fan of love. So marriage was simply out of the question. Love is complicated and I have seen it first-hand. I want no part of it. 
          So, when my father arranged my marriage with my childhood rival, I scoffed and said no. Then, he told me something which compelled me to take my words back and I was married. See, the problem with me is I want everything. First, it started with her body. I wanted it back then and I want it now. She gives it to me. But when I demand more, she rejects me. If a deal with the devil costs people their souls, imagine what would happen when you are married to one.
