Question. Do any if you read ic/self inserts/reader stories? While oc's work on ocations the latter two feel mostly only the author themselves enjoye them. Since it feels it to have the reader be the mc alot of time they do choises one wouldn't do. Not to mention they are supper rushed.
          	
          	Recently I tried an AI to write and the results sre almost like the xreader stiries.

Changli is from wuwa 
            
            Basically, I'm using that quest to do Elysia’s realm from HI3 
            
            I don’t know Elysia’s full story outside the flame chasers and that she’s second in command but I'm planning to combine the two having Jaune met Elysia in key points, along with the Flame chasers

          Also interesting thought with Sherlock Holmes, but Lotm kinda did that with Klein, after the events of the anime around chapter 214, which is volume 2 faceless. Where he went by Sherlock Moriarty. So you can get a good idea of what Sherlock would be like with supernatural powers. So if a character with abilities like Klein at the lower sequence where to help him, he might be both Skeptical and cautious.

@KingAccel  Your going on the Tsukimichi route then? I thought of something aswell, though Jaune is more limited in scope of powers and would be more like class 7 from trails or the concept of a magc school and group of friends likevin wistoria and wuseman grandchild. Also goundvthe group and characters for it. If you arevinterested I can guive the round down. Though for the characters who will become Jaune's friebds and the onecwho would be his romantic interest(he will have only one) in need you to atleast read chapter 1 and 2 of a manga I just found. It's called: "Hangyakusha to Shite Oukoku de Shokei Sareta Kakure Saikyu Kishi"

Need an opinion on something. Recently I got really interested in a concept. In alot of both the isekai but more so in the "fantasy" any there's always the guy guy that exists to elevate the pritagonist, mostly because if he wasn't there the audience wouldn't give two cents for the protagonist.
          
          In Seirei Gensouki the charactar that falls into this trope is called by the fandom as Takatrash. Don't get me wrong, the dude deserves the hate. Yet there are some aspects when I understand the character. How easy his siblings and people he knew could trust a stranger(even though we know why), and the one-sama character also fully supports the stranger. This specific I only saw it again in Seirei Gensouki and in a diferent manner  yet similar maner in Arifureta.
          
          Yet I do wonder, what if the un the story, said character was actually a good person but gets involved in that situation and maybe be self aware of the trope, and possibly unlike the protagonist who got it good in both lives it was hard for him back on earth.

@TravisDaway  Indeed. Though I would give him some skills so he doesn't die, him getting an onlishop like in campfire cooking in another world or thevonline shoper in another world. He does become the classic adventurer or maybe found somerhing like Mitsugoshi from eminence in shadow.
            
            As for the fall guy. Well in Arifureta Hajime get away with alot mostly because the people he targets deserve it,  the same for Rio from Seirei Gensouki.

@Haseo55 he could jokingly compare himself to the trope then a few seconds later take a step back and think about it and decide to test it out by focusing on his growth to get out of the hard life he is in as well as avoiding the protag group slowly and  see how well the protag performs without a fall guy while he learns to move on.

As  fan of  mystery aswell as Sherlock Holmes. I did wonder. What if after death Holmes and Watson are contacted by a deity and send to a new world. Just like other isekai with magic and all that but Holmes deduction and Watson's medical expertece resolve cases magic itsel couldn't explain.
