@Hattogai OK, here's and Idea, how about Kayano and the other girls in E-class take Nagisa and the other affected students to one of their houses and start making them play dress up for the girls. You could even have them tease Nagisa by making him crossdress.
Also, another idea is what if for some reason the E-class building needs to be inspected and the students need to move Nagisa and the others somewhere else. You could totally have one of the girls volunteer to take them in and they would have to play mother. Just imagine it, it would be SOOOOO!!!!! cute!
OK, one more idea, what if the girls in E-class decided that they each wanted to adopt the Lil' assassins Temporarily until a cure was found. Then you could have parts of the story where it is only one of the girls and one of the effected students. You could even have an adorable mother child moment if you have a situation where the girl gets separated from whichever kids she was watching and she has to find him and when she does she rushes to him and just picks him up and holds him tightly in her arms. Mother child reunion moment. EEEEEEHHHH!!!!!!
