Guys, give me your opinions. Should I make Atlantis a Federal Republic or a Monarchy? Because damn I made two good versions of them. One is realistic(aka the Federal Republic one) and the other isn't(Roman Atlantis). Give me your opinions and why you chose it. Also, what country should I buff in the new world?

I finally decided to have two countries for two NHK fanfic. As you know, the Philippines under the Hohenzollern, and with some Trench Crusade inspired plot. And second one is the Empire of Atlantis, or Imperium Atlandeum, and located in the western hemisphere. So these two are my fanfics that I will be releasing by january 2025.
