How does Bastien's telekinesis work? Can he lift a human being or even better a dragon !! If he can, I'd love to see, even if it's just a sentence, a footnote even, of him doing it!

So a persons powers and how strong it becomes is often up to them, whether they can handle it physically and emotionally. If I’m not mistaken I go into more depth in a later chapter. And don’t worry, you see more of Bastien using his power!
