Let me tell you guys all something you need to hear.
As most of you know, yesterday was the twenty-second year since 9/11, which is widely known as the most devastating attack on America. Many people were killed that day, and a lot of people lost families and loved ones to this horrible tragedy.
But you know what really doesn't make me happy about it?
The fact that there are these people... These sick, disgusting people... who go out of their way to make JOKES about 9/11 like whatever happened on the eleventh of September, 2001, was no big deal.
Excuse me, people... You are literally INSULTING the ones who were victims of this disaster. I don't wanna hear what you have to say. There is nothing, absolutely NOTHING funny or hilarious about people being killed in a tragedy that destroyed a prominent U.S. landmark and traumatized everyone who was there that day.
Honestly, people these days... You have no regard for the deceased! You bring shame upon the ones who lost their lives on that fateful day in 2001. Making jokes is not a way to pay respect to them. These jokes aren't just dumb, they're downright OFFENSIVE to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who was affected by 9/11.
The point of this is, you should never, EVER have the guts to make sick jokes about horrible tragedies. If you can't understand that, then maybe you should go on and take a bus to Hell.
That's all I'm gonna say.

So this new show called Secret Invasion came out recently on Disney+ and has already pissed people off because the show's opening intro uses AI. As a result, this has angered many as they believe it is an insult to all of the artists and animators in the world who put all of their efforts into their works by hand instead of relying on an AI to do it.
Now, I'm not mad. I'm just heavily disappointed. I get that you were doing this for a TV series, but you should also be thinking about the millions of artists and animators whose careers may be at stake because of an AI doing the work for them.
My good friend Emma and I frequently interact with each other on Discord. One of our past conversations we had was where we discussed the good and bad things about AI. Emma was mainly concerned about AI reaching a point where it would take everyone's jobs and leave everyone without a career. Honestly, I don't blame her. I want to become an artist in the future, and I don't want some AI to have my job.
I firmly believe that AI should be used solely for entertainment purposes (I've been on the r/weirddalle subreddit on Reddit, so I know what I'm talking about) and not for reasons that involve making money, or, in this case, TV shows.
Whatever AI has made is often described as soulless and uninspiring. I mostly agree with this, since "AI art" in this case isn't truly art as it is made by a machine and not by a human. (Hell, AI can't even get hands right, for one thing.)
Anyway, that's all I wanted to share. I'm not planning on watching Secret Invasion any time soon, but I thought it would be nice to inform you all of this. Thanks for stopping by.
@MarvelFan20191 yes it’s me Emma fight me bitches ahahahhahah. it’s honestly pretty upsetting when big entertainment and animating companies (such as Disney) will use this new technology for their animation and shows just to save some money. I also see it as some sort of insult to my own personal artistic and animation side because what I want to see in animation and art is a story from an actual human being. If you combine time, effort, and creativity together to form a piece of artwork and animation, there is a story inside of it to tell us its meaning. AI doesn’t have that. It doesn’t have such an amazing story to tell. It is not human obviously. It is a robot that just exists to make our lives easier, but in reality, it makes us afraid and concerning, as it might replace us, in this case, artists and animators. Right now, all we artists, animators AND writers need to do is to go through this together. Do not give up because of some people telling you that AI programs will replace us. Keep doing you and remember that AI doesn’t have a story. You have a story and remember to use that story to create your masterpiece.
Something that really irritates me whenever I am using Wattpad is how I'll find comments at the end of unfinished stories from users who demand the authors that wrote these stories to update them because they haven't done that in a long time.
I mean, come on. I'm sorry to burst your bubble here, people, but just because you expect them to come back doesn't mean they'll magically return and update the story as you want them to. These people don't always dedicate their life to Wattpad; they have actual jobs and roles in real life which might mean they don't necessarily get the time they would probably want to write and publish stories. Plus, a friend of mine has said this before: they're not frickin' robots that work 24/7. That isn't how humans function in society. You can't just act like a baby because of the fact that an author you like hasn't updated a story you love.
Though, it also annoys me when half of these authors just straight up abandon their accounts for absolutely no certain reason, judging by how many stories I've found that were last updated by them years ago, or what year the last message they posted was. Like, seriously, if you have an account, but don't use it at all, what is the point of having it? If you're not gonna use it to write stories and post messages anymore, then don't. But you better have a good explanation for it, because I find it both super creepy and annoying when these random authors just suddenly stop being active for a long time without any explanation as to why they have.
Happy birthday, @GabrielS1mp! You're a great friend to me, and may you have the best birthday ever! Love you! ❤️
AAAAGHHHHH THANK YOU HAYDEN I LOVE YOU SO MUCHHHHHHHH YOU’RE AN AMAZING FRIEND TOO
Happy New Year, guys! I hope that everyone is doing okay.
I finished watching Vol. 4 of The Mandela Catalogue today.
Holy. Shit.
That episode was fucking fantastic! I cannot believe it! @GabrielS1mp, you were definitely right about the special effects and acting. They were wicked!
This episode might be the greatest of all, and I'm not saying it's better than the last three episodes, but it's terrific. That's all I can say.
@GabrielS1mp. Understandable. I mean, I really liked how he sounded in "overthrone", but I now feel like he sounds much better in Vol. 4 than he originally did. The voice really does give him a personality, and as you said, he is the Devil in disguise, so I get where you're going...
@MarvelFan20191 well he’s literally Satan and he’s evil so I think his voice kind of meets the Satan criteria
Okay, so I've made up my mind about at least two things.
On Monday, I'm going to view the next (and possibly last) chapter of Mandela Catalogue: Mirth by @GabrielS1mp, and on that same day, I'm going to watch the fourth episode of Mandela Catalogue itself.
If you're gonna ask why, it's because I don't feel mentally prepared to finish both of those things yet. I'm not scared, though. I've already seen the first three episodes of Mandela Catalogue, so I definitely know what I'm gonna see. Same for Mirth.
@GabrielS1mp, you're welcome. Thank you for the reply as well. I feel like you're one of the best Mandela Catalogue fanfiction authors on this planet.
@MarvelFan20191 Ooooh! I would really really recommend watching the fourth vol of Mandela Catalogue ITS SO FREAKING AMAZING AND MY GOD IT HAS GOOD SPECIAL EFFECTS AND ACTING. Also if you read the latest chapter of Mirth, if you have some nitpicks you wanna point out, please and I mean PLEASE comment about them! I would definitely need some criticism to improve on my writing! Thank you!
I hope the rest of y'all are having a wonderful Halloween night. As for me? Well, my family has officially quit the yearly tradition of trick-or-treating, so no costume for me. Also, it's been raining from where I live, so we have not gotten any trick-or-treaters.
I did buy some bags of candy at my town's local drugstore with my mom, though, which is great for me, except I'm not allowed to eat all of it.
I seriously don't understand why some "x reader" authors probably think they're making (Y/N) as great of a character when half of every "x reader" story has (Y/N) themselves put in a weak position, as in getting beaten up easily by others and being subjected to torture, rape, you name it.
Yes, I've gone through some slightly messed up stuff before, but I would never see myself as a depressed, suicidal kind of protagonist in a story, constantly moaning about how I wish I could just be able to die and that nobody would miss me when I'm gone from the face of the Earth.
In my opinion, now that I think about it, this treatment of (Y/N) is just awful. To me, it's kind of like telling your boyfriend/girlfriend that you still love them even though you've been abusing them mentally and emotionally, which is NOT okay. And that's literally one of the things (Y/N) is put through in these stories I find.
Really, authors, you can do better than that. Maybe next time, try to make (Y/N) a little stronger, or just stop writing "x reader" stories altogether. Also, I'm deeply sorry if this upsets you, but it is the truth, and sometimes, the truth can hurt.
@Transformers3127 Sorry for the late response, but thank you. I'm glad you agree. I'm honestly just sick and tired of coming across stories where (Y/N) gets treated like a punching bag. Some stories have them being physically abused by others, such as their parents, but in reality, I believe the real abusers are the authors who think they're establishing (Y/N) as a character when they're actually morally degrading them, and I hate that.
