Tree DESERVES to be safe, not only is he a Great character (which the writers Wrote VERY lazily in these lasts episodes), but he's also been through some Torture, don't believe, let me remind you Then:
-Got Disintegrated by TD's Raygun (TPOT 2)
-Got killed by a Falling block (TPOT 3)
-Had shrank down Contestants walking inside the Tree-house inside his head (TPOT 6)
-was killed by Pillow AND Fanny by getting his head (his Leaves) Accidentally sucked in by Black Hole (TPOT 7)
-Said Death, and His trunk being Used to seal the Hole in the Goiky canal ended up Turning him into a huge Tree, being Unable to help his Team (TPOT 8-10)
-Was killed By Black Hole in his Dream (TPOT 10)
-was glued to someone AND when he tried to avoid Death by freeing himself, fell in another Hole, dying (TPOT 12)
-Was thrown into the chaotic storm outside by Robot Flower (TPOT 13)
-was Killed by: being CUT in Half by TV, Being crushed by a plant's head-slam, crushed by Snowball when he rolled down the hill AND got eaten by the same Plant as before (TPOT 14)
And Maybe there are more Deaths/ parts where he's in Pain that i'm forgetting.
So... Yeah, let the Silly Guy stay, he deserves It, It's not his fault the writers made him Bad, he's a GOOD character.
