Today has been a bad day. Two bad panic attacks and in a room full of people and yet I got unnoticed. I have no proper support network and have never felt for isolated then today.

I would love to write as it is one of my favourite hobbies but am scared to. I will write something and no one will read it so I delete it. Should I write?

I've decided to come back.
A fresh slate deleting all my past works. They have been valuable but is time for growth.
I am more motivated to do this new book after some self reflection.
I am trying again.
I'm planning on writing another book but in more detail but have no idea what to write about

Carry on the book I've published as I quite enjoyed writing that one and want to continue it
