I don’t know how to explain this properly… and yk, I can’t really explain things very well. But while reading today’s chapters, I actually cried at this line: “You don’t have to name every wound before you’re allowed to feel it.”
Because I genuinely felt this line. Sometimes we feel things without even knowing exactly what we’re feeling… like suddenly getting upset and feeling like crying so much. But sometimes we don’t let ourselves cry because we think, “It’s nothing serious, it’s just a normal feeling. It’ll go away after a while.” But sometimes it doesn’t.
So I feel like when those feelings come, we should let ourselves cry, because sometimes crying makes the heaviness in our hearts feel a little lighter, at least for a while.
I really don’t know what I’m even saying anymore I don’t know how to explain it properly… but I think you already understand what I’m trying to say....
