Chapter 15 of The Forsaken Ones has been published! I repeat! CHAPTER 15 HAS BEEN PUBLISHED!!! The Forsaken Ones (Chapter 15) is slowly but surely coming along. I'm sorry about the really really really REALLY long wait... Jenna and I just want to make sure that our books are as amazing as possible for all of our readers! This takes a lot of work: rough drafting, writing, editing, and repeating the some three steps over and over... and over. 
          
          Although I know excuses are no excuse, try to keep in mind that I am also a senior in high school who has a lot of work to do. This, sadly, leads to me making my books a second priority. I still love you guys, and am doing my absolute best!

Editing a story you've finished over three years ago is extremely nerve wracking. You gotta fill in plot holes, add more details, rewrite major turning points, etc. Like damn. All this work is draining but fun.

Due to complications with chapter 15... I have decided to put The Forsaken Ones on hold until further notice and will be focusing on my other books. I am so sorry for another delay as this, I hope you can manage to pass the time in reading the other books I have published.

          “So… you lied about our lives, where our home is, and who our biological parents are just to keep us safe?” He said, still looking down at his hands. It was his mother who answered his question.
          
          “Yes.”
          
          “Safe from what? What is is dangerous that you felt the need to protect us from?” 
          
          “It's not a 'what’, Dax. It's a 'whom’. King Wil-” My mother said, soon cutoff by the sound of our home phone ringing. Dax took it upon himself to pick up the call.
          
          “Hello?”
          

Until further notice, I will not be publishing the next chapter of The Forsaken Ones. It will take longer than previous chapters to write, so I will also be working on my other stories.

Okay you guys, Chapter 15 of The Forsaken Ones will take a bit longer than normal to actually write. This is due to a collaboration with a very close friend of mine, and hopefully an author you read as well. Both of us are working hard to make sure chapter 15 is the best one yet, in both my book and hers. So even though I know I'm not the best at keeping to my update schedule... HOPEFULLY The Forsaken Ones will update in a few weeks. A month at the latest.
