I know my reading list might have implied that I thought your work was bad, but that was never my intention. I wasn’t hating on it—I was actually making fun of myself. I started this because of all the crazy and weird fanfictions I’ve been reading. I'm not saying your work is bad at all, but trust me, I’ve seen things far worse. I never expected this kind of outrage over what I wrote, and I apologize again. I really hope we can move past this. I know I’m being confusing, but I’m just trying to make things right.

@KristyB2025 Great argument—I honestly wouldn’t have realized what I did was wrong otherwise. I’ll take your advice and see if anyone is still upset or not. And as for why I did it—why not? I have the freedom to express my thoughts, just like you have the freedom to write your fanfictions. My reading list is simply my way of doing that.

I wasn’t even aware that people could see my reading list, and honestly, I don’t care if it bothers you. If it upsets you that much, just report me and move on instead of spamming my notifications, cussing me out, and making assumptions about me over something as trivial as a reading list on a one-follower account.
          
          I understand and respect your feelings, and I know you put time and effort into sharing something you love. However, I’m not going to change or fix my reading list because it reflects how I feel when reading these fanfictions. I’m not bullying, insulting, or calling them trash—I just enjoy them in my own way.
          
          Maybe that makes me a bad person, and if so, I apologize. But I’m not going to warn or explain myself to every person out there over a reading list.

How are you going to to say we’re taking it too seriously when your reading lists are literally “go touch some grass” and “out of all the books you chose to read, you read this? SMH” at first glance, anyone would think that you think our books are garbage. How are you going to tell us to chill after doing something rude like that? Who wouldn’t get offended by that? The way you titled them are mean and not inspiring or motivating at all.
            
            We’re not getting mad at you for naming your reading lists. We’re getting mad at what you wrote for your reading list. You literally put our books under what you consider bad books and not worth your time. What did you think was going to happen? How is that our fault? Out of context, you literally insulted our works. Of course we’re going to get mad at you for humiliating our work in public.

I don’t take all of the fanfics seriously, even mine, but just be more mindful of how others feel, because you made someone feel upset about their book because of you putting it in the section that basically labels it as trash. :/

          I want to clarify that the reading list I’ve created isn’t meant to criticize or tear you down—it’s simply for my own personal use. Please don’t take it personally. You are all incredibly creative and talented, and I truly appreciate your work. But at the end of the day, it’s fiction, and I like to remind myself of that.  
          
          Also, let’s not take things too seriously—titles are just titles! A little humor never hurts, and what I choose to name my reading list is my own business. No need for any hard feelings!
