New cover for A Heart for the Clockwork Curse is out now!! I'm not sarisfied with it though so I might still update it again soon. It's not the original concept I had in mind which I also published in the Author's Note (for the original one: no matter how much I squint, it's just not working). Anyway, I think this works for now. 
          
          Also, I was writing the summary for it later in preparation for the 8CC submission, and I just changed something in the plot (AGAIN!). Hahaha... But this one is really good and makea up the twist of the story. :)

I just submitted A Heart for the Clockwork Curse for ONC Round 1!! Not waiting for the day before the deadline this time because I'm trying to make the 8CC too, and I still have 2 chapters to go. That being said, I'm now more than halfway done with chapter 7 with about 1.5K words. But my hands are itching to draw the graphics for the cover. I already have a concept art in mind, which I drafted last night. So, to draw or not to draw?
          
          Also, A Heart for the Clockwork Curse climbed a few more places in #Steampunk and is now top 3! Yay!

I'm now plantsing with A Heart for the Clockwork Curse. Just released chapter 6 with a totally different turn to the story from my original plotting.  Now, I'm rewriting the plan for the next chapters.
          
          This new turn actually surprised me, and I think it's going to be a good way to build Ninnette and Kazi's relationship. Also, it's a nice addition to Kazi's backstory (for what's to come next). 
          
          Anyway, I'm now at 12,874 words!!
          
          I'm planning to submit the first 2K for ONC today. Not going to wait for the day before deadline anymore because I also want to try to aubmit for the 8CC, and I still have 2 chapters to go plus a summary.

It's starting to get hot for Ninnette and Kazi in chapter 5 (now out!). The thing I'm most nervous about this novella is the fast-pace romance. Since I only get a few chapters, I don't know if the relationship development will be believable. But I'm crossing my fingers here. 
          
          A Heart for the Clockwork Curse is now 10,751 words. I'm really crunching it out. I might even submit it to the 8CC if I keep it up.

Finally got chapter 3 out for A Heart for the Clockwork Curse. My writing for this entry kind of dragged but I'm glad it's out now. 
          
          I'm now at a total of 6577 words, and that's only at 3 chapters. Lol. I'm for sure going over the 20K requirement, but I hope I keep it under 40K. Writing High Fantasy just needs a lot more words. Hehe.
