2.) Hm.. So you have an ex-BF issue? I understand you, and your relationship with him, but.. It's toxic, the warm words might turn into poisonous words, I'm worried for you. If you still love him and can't move on then.. I understand that decision.
3.) It's alright to let it all out to the therapist, sometimes; a good release from the stress makes you feel better. Maybe even the therapist finding a solution in the end to fix your problems?
