Hello everyone! I wanna know how your guys days went because my was awful I got smacked by my mom because I tried to tell her that I did the chores and now I'm terrified and feel like I'm walking in fucking eggshells (sorry about the language) and I wish to leave and not live at my home. I also can't tell a teacher because my mother will get mad and the teacher will call child protection and it'll cause a lot of drama and I'm scared so yeah sorry for ranting hope you all have a better day than me

@Hellfire_Eddiecult thank you for this and I did try to have multiple conversations but it always ended up with my mother saying I deserved it so at this point I'm gonna pretend it didn't happen and be cautious also I hope you get better

@Hellfire_Eddiecult I'm sorry to hear that, and I know it doesn't help much but please don't leave your house or run away because of problems with your parents. Believe me there are times I absolutely HATE looking at my mother's face after a fight and don't get me started on my stepdad but packing up and leaving is never the answer. Me personally, I think the best solution in a situation like this is communication. You have no idea how many problems are happening in healthy households rn just because or misunderstandings. Don't tell a teacher, try talking with your friends, sharing your problems with people who are close to you and you know they can listen to you and keep your secrets is very helpful and it lessens the burden. I've tried it before, and I'm so grateful for every friend of mine that listened to every word I said when I was absolutely devastated because of family problems. Also, please don't get the police or child support/protection involved in this, they can take you away room your house and put you up for adoption. Try talking with your mom/dad about the problems you have and how much it pains you when you guys fight or when you are experiencing violence in your house. IF that doesn't work and the abuse continues THEN you should inform someone of authority and power that can handle this situation professionally. I hope this gets better and no one deserves to be treated that way, being terrified in your own house, the place you call home, is never a good feeling. But to answer your question my day has been a bit hard, I've been having really bad headaches for the past few days, but I'm too lazy to go see a doctor:') sending all my love and I hope your situation is solved soon *gives you a virtual hug to reassure you everything is going to be okay* <3<3<3<3<3<3
