          New character. Her name is Kano Midoriya, pronounced Kah-No, and she's a gorgon living in the world of My Hero Academia.

I wish people would stop bringing up character creation when it came to anime games.
          
          
          No, a custom character created by the player would NOT make the game better.
          
          
          Stop trying to make every anime game Xenoverse 2.
