Hay I don't know when you will see this but I have another head cannon idea. First off all I think I already told you about how we should defiantly make the fact that Clem knows who l3 is canon, and that she's a total fan and considers her her role model. That there should totally be a chapter where someone sneaks into her room when she's not there and when they turn on the lights, there is posters of l3 everywhere and a book shelf of l3s self help books like: The Modern Robot, A Well Oiled Machine, and The Mechanics To Self Improvement. Well onto my actual new head canon idea if you think you like it. Soooo what if that gaunk droid in the solo movie actually WAS cbh6, and that this is how she could have meet everyone at the windmill. That after l3 set cb free he/she/unspecified gender/ I can't remember/idk would have been running around the place still kinda freaking out from everything that had just happened when one of the"squad" members(that's just what I'm gonna call them right now) find cb and takes him home. Ok I'm just gonna say "he" right now sorry. BUTTT there's where I think we could make it a bit more interesting. As we have already seen in "Clem's guide to snooping" I don't think Clem has any problem with stalking people. Especially her heroes. WHAT IFFF Clem is an even bigger fan girl than we initially thought and she is one of these fans that likes to track down l3s every location. I'm assuming that she bought some software that is in her suit that will beep and say "l3 was spotted in this location so and so hours ago!! " and this time when it does this she's like "hay! That star system is really close to here!" So she goes to investigate. She is taking photos, collecting specimens, and taking selfies when cbh6 runs right into her still panicking and freaking out. Then Clem just starts asking all these questions on if he's seen l3 and asking if she is really as great as she thinks she is. Cb has no idea about who l3 is except that this sparkly droid

This is a cute idea! The only problem is that I'm not sure I really want to do a real Star Wars crossover into our Fair Maid universe. BUT if that did happen, this would definitely be accurate!

Is probably talking about that really cool robot that freed her. But at this point cb is more concerned about getting away from this droid inslaving planet, so he doesn't really care at the moment. They then make an agreement with each other that cbh6 can come home with Clem if he agrees to tell her EVERYTHING that l3 did. We could even add an extra layer here, but just saying it could be a more emotional one. Where when they make this agreement cbh6 doesn't tell Clem what happened to l3 and that after a few weeks (just when they were just starting to get along and cb was just settling in to the tavern) Clem gets the message that l3 never made it off the planet, and that cbh6 has been saying random things so he can stay at the tavern. Clem is TICKED and basically kicks cb out of the house. After a few days she cools her circuits down and spencer helps her to get over the loss of her great role model. After this she feels really guilty about being mean to cbh6, knowing that she can't stay mad at a fellow droid forever. So she goes about side to call for cbh6. She notices that it's raining and starts worrying that she might have taken her angry wayyyy too far by kicking cb out of the house. Knowing that a gaunk droid can't make it a night in the rain. As soon as she's about to have another mental break down thinking that she might have just lost one of her only droid friends she hears beeping and sees cbh6 has been huttled up on the porch. She goes over apologizes and they both go inside. The rest is history. Hope u like the idea. Sorry it took so long to write. I'm just excited!

I wish to ask you about Clem headcanons, per your request. Do you accept?

Hermione_Gamgee

But of course! Sorry it took me a couple days to type these up, I wanted to finish and publish my story first (which I did! You can read it on my page if you haven't already).

-Clem has a hard time with gender. She's just never really understood what it's supposed to feel like, and she's never had the choice since droids are pre-programmed with a gender. Everyone calls her a girl, and she's okay with that, but it just doesn't feel right. (In my personal canon, especially in a modern!au, she talks with Goodlack a lot about this, since I've always headcanoned Goodlack as nonbinary. But that won't happen in my fics because Laurie's chosen Goodlack's gender already.)

-She still doesn't completely trust Roughman. Yes, they're friends, and she doesn't dislike him, but he did threaten to kill her (once in the script, but probably other times as well), even if he didn't really mean it. I mean, it's not forefront in her head whenever she sees him, but she does get a bit nervous when he's angry.

-Clem and Forset are best buds! They like to hang out and just chat about stuff. Also, they bond over being pan and like to talk about all the cute people that come into the Windmill.

-She's actually kind of an activist for droid rights. She goes to marches, writes petitions, and all sorts of stuff. Spencer, Bess, and Goodlack all come, although Goodlack mostly comes to shout and drink the free beer. However, they all haven't been going as much since the kids came along.

-She used to have panic attacks, like, a lot. She gets triggered pretty easily, but most of her triggers are pretty specific and the gang knows what to avoid. Like I've said, I'm going to explain this in a fic soon. When she does have panic attacks/flashbacks, each of her friends has their own way to calm her down. Spencer is the most effective since he's known her longest (you can see this in the story I already published!), but Goodlack is surprisingly a close second.

Yo, could I have some of your favorite Clem headcanons?

Hermione_Gamgee

MY TIME HAS COME! Here we go....

-She's totally pan. And, like, the Stereotypical Pan™ who crushes on everyone she meets.

-Clem didn't like kids until Bess and Spencer had their first one. She just found them annoying, messy, and rather pointless. But after she was often enlisted as a nanny for the various children of the household, she grew to love them.

-As has been stated in Laurie's stories, Clem knows everyone's business. She loves knowing secrets, and is strangely good at getting them, but she's also very good at keeping them. Everyone goes to her for advice not only because she's trustworthy, but because she can look at things from a purely logical point of view. (That's not how she usually handles things herself, but since she's a droid she has the ability to, if that makes sense.)

-Human!Clem has to use a wheelchair and hearing aids. I thought that would fit with the whole droid inspiration, since they're mechanical aids. To me, human!Clem is also a trans guy and autistic. Now, I know that the autistic thing might seem weird, especially because autistic people are often compared with robots/machines in a derogatory way, but I'm taking that solely from the way the script is written and the way I portrayed Clem's personality. I just think it fits.

-Clem had memory problems all throughout the adventure in Fez. Remember kids, droids and water don't mix! She tried to pretend it wasn't happening, but her memory continued to corrupt after the script ended until the others noticed and made her go get it fixed. She gets nervous about people messing with her memory for reasons I'll explain in a fic.

-I have more headcanons, but that's probably enough for now!
