So I was going through my old diary from 2019 and read the words: “Love is the key to happiness, and we all share it in different ways.”
          	A tidal wave of love for my online friends and the Hermittpad comminity suddenly crashed over me. There are people so dear to me online- especially here- who have changed my life that I’ve unfortunately lost contact with. And there are others who have stuck around for the whole ride (even through my cringey stages). And still others- there’s everyone else. To all of you, no matter how long I’ve known you- I just wanted to let y’all know you mean so much to me and are a living reminder that the world is filled with kind amazing people. You’ve brought me joy, and I hope I have brought you joy too. Thank you for everything, for changing my life through your words, be it in your books, your comments, your conversations with me, or otherwise. All of this to say, I love you all! <3
          	
          	PS: If we’re friends and haven’t interacted in a long time, I’d really really love to get back in touch, but no pressure! Grateful you exist either way!

@HermitFan i logged into this account today for the first time in years for a similar reason honestly. i was looking through my old sketchbooks and notebooks and stuff and god i was just hit with the biggest wave of nostalgia and i just had to go back and scroll through everything. in part i really do miss the days where i had no responsibilities and i'd skip my online classes to go talk with and rp with people on here :') hermittpad was one of my first every proper fandoms and i met so many amazing people on here i still think abt all the people i met here and all the fun stuff i did all the time <3

          I’m so sorry about what happened to Rena. I feel somewhat guilty, if only I’d known, I would have done something. But the past is in the past, and the most we can do now is remember the good person she was, and be patient and spread as much positivity as we can. I can’t stay here and do that, but, if anyone is going through a rough time and feeling chained down by negativity, I wrote my lil wholesome book for a reason, y’know. I hope it helps you feel better, if ever need be. 
          Even if I’m not here, know that I care about you. A lot. My condolences to those who were close to Rena. She was a fun and clever person, and definitely will not be forgotten.

<Mild Spoilers to Mumbo and Grian’s HC episodes and some chapters in my book that are ancient now>
          Woah woah woah wait justasecond-

          Predict Season 7???

          Aight so Professor Beak is basically Lapiz under a different name, all those times of smol Grian commenting on his dad’s “squishy tummy” is pretty much equivalent to Bumbo Big Baggins, and now for whatever reason I am screaming “UWUEEEejijijisjjgajjdgduiUwu” whilst watching Marmalade and Cole being cute and grin like crazy when I think of Grian being so nice to his neighbor- wait wow that was random xD
          But-
          Bumbo Big Baggins?!
          Phahgahahhahahahhahaa- HAAHAHHAHAGAAAHA-
          <laughs maniacally yet happily>
          Oh and for those who were thinking of what would happen if we forgot about each other/ all met in a school environment without knowing each other, there is a song called “Love you all over again” that me and some of my fellow FlipaClippers know of, it’s really quite perfect for if someone was making a fic out of that idea :)
          One more thing!
          There is a poem called “To Prisoners” by someone? I think their name starts with “e”. I wish I read it a few months ago, but I know it now, and I hope it helps anyone who needs it. 
          I love you all, and I miss you, but when I do feel sad, I listen to the song “Birds” by Imagine Dragons and remember you all with the brightest of smiles. <3 <3 <3
